How can I find my photos?

You can search using your BIB number or upload a photo for automatic matching (face recognition). You may also browse the event gallery and filter by date or event name.

Can I search by BIB number?

Yes β€” the system supports searches using your BIB number. Just enter your BIB number in the event search box (if the photographer has tagged it).

What if I forget my BIB number?

If you forget your BIB number, you can:
1. Use the face recognition feature by uploading a profile photo.
2. Check your event registration confirmation email (often contains your BIB).
3. Search by event name + date, or contact the photographer/host if necessary.

Can I search using my face (face recognition)?

Yes β€” upload a clear photo of your face, and the system will attempt to match it with event photos using facial recognition technology. Please note: results depend on image quality and angle.

Why do the photos have a watermark?

Watermarks are added to protect the photographer’s copyright and prevent unauthorized downloads. Buyers will receive the HD version without a watermark after successful payment.

How do I purchase and get the HD photos?

Simple steps:
1. Find the photo you want.
2. Click Buy / Purchase and select size/resolution.
3. Complete payment via the available methods.
4. Once payment is confirmed, the HD download link (without watermark) will be available in your account or sent via email.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments through supported official providers (e.g. FPX, eWallets, debit/credit cards, and others depending on configuration). All transactions are processed through secure third-party gateways.

When will I receive my photos after payment?

Usually, the HD download link is available immediately after payment confirmation (automatic). In some cases (manual process or technical issue), it may take a few minutes to a few hours.

Can I request a refund?

How do I upload photos to an event?

Log in to the Photographer Panel β†’ Select event β†’ Click Upload. Files will be auto-renamed, and (if enabled) watermarks will be added according to event settings.

What size & format of photos are allowed?

Recommended: JPEG/PNG, high resolution (minimum 2000px on the longest side) for print quality. File size limits depend on server settings (e.g. 20MB for videos). Please check host documentation for exact limits.

Can I upload videos too?

Yes, the platform supports video uploads if enabled for the event. Videos will be processed (thumbnails, watermark) according to policies and size limits.

How do I set the selling price?

In the Photographer Panel β†’ Select photo or batch upload β†’ Set price per photo or package. You may also use the event’s default pricing settings if available.

When will I receive my sales payout?

Payouts to photographers follow RaceSniper’s payout schedule (e.g. monthly). All sales are collected, platform fees deducted, and transferred via the agreed method. Please check the Payment Schedule for specific dates.

How can I check my sales?

In the Photographer Dashboard β†’ Go to Sales / Earnings to view sales summary, transaction details, and payout status. You can also export data to CSV if needed.

What happens if I upload duplicate photos?

The system will attempt to detect duplicates based on metadata and image matching. If detected, duplicates may be flagged and rejected. Please avoid uploading the same content repeatedly.

Does the system auto-watermark photos?

Yes β€” the platform supports auto-watermarking during upload. Photographers can select event-specific watermark templates or use the RaceSniper default watermark.
