By registering an account, using RaceSniper, or purchasing any photo/video, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2️⃣ User Accounts

• Users must provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration.
• RaceSniper reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that provides false or misleading information.
• Passwords and account access are the sole responsibility of the user. 🔑

3️⃣ Copyright & Content

• All photos/videos uploaded by photographers (Hosts) remain their property. 📸
• RaceSniper acts only as a platform to showcase, sell, and process transactions.
• Visitors are strictly prohibited from downloading, copying, or distributing any low-resolution or watermarked content without purchase.

4️⃣ Purchase & Payment

• All prices are displayed clearly on the platform. 💳
• Payments must be made via official methods (FPX, eWallet, debit/credit card).
• Upon successful payment, users will receive HD photos/videos without watermark.
• No refunds will be issued once a transaction is completed.

5️⃣ Privacy & Personal Data

• By using this platform, you consent that RaceSniper may collect, store, and use your personal data (name, email, phone) for operational, communication, and marketing purposes. 🔒
• Facial recognition data is used only for photo search purposes and will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent.

6️⃣ Uploads by Photographers (Hosts)

• Hosts are fully responsible for the content they upload. 🎥
• Uploading illegal, sensitive, or previously posted free content from social media is strictly prohibited. 🚫
• RaceSniper reserves the right to remove or block any violating content.

7️⃣ Liability Disclaimer

RaceSniper shall not be held liable for data loss, corrupted files, delays, or technical issues beyond our control. All purchases are final, and the platform is used at your own risk.

8️⃣ Service Changes

RaceSniper reserves the right to modify, add, or discontinue any service, pricing, or feature without prior notice. Updates will be posted on the official site. 📢

9️⃣ Promotional Rights

RaceSniper reserves the right to use selected event photos (with watermark) for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested by the photographer. 📢📷

These Terms & Conditions are governed under the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Malaysian courts ⚖️.
